We also offer ILM-accredited training in Coaching and Mentoring for teachers and support staff. The Institute of Leadership and Management is an internationally recognised body offering Coaching and Mentoring qualifications at levels 3-7. These courses take place over several months and require three days of face to face training (minimum) with opportunities to apply the new skills in school and reflect upon developing practice.

Bespoke workshops can also be designed to fit the needs of particular groups and institutions.
